“Light & Lively” Cottage Cheese Cheesecake
Guilt-Free. Gorgeous. Guaranteed Crowd-Pleaser.
If you love cheesecake but don’t love the heaviness (or the sugar crash), you’re going to fall head over spatula for this one.
This Light & Lively Cottage Cheese Cheesecake is your new go-to for feel-good indulgence. It's creamy, just sweet enough, and packed with protein—without a hint of compromise. Bonus: it bakes beautifully in our Cuisipro Springform Pan, which helps it release cleanly and look absolutely stunning on the plate.
Why Cottage Cheese Cheesecake?
Traditional cheesecakes often rely on heavy cream cheese and sugar, making them rich but calorie-dense. This version swaps in cottage cheese and Greek yogurt for a smooth, tangy filling that’s lighter in texture but still decadent in flavour. With the added bonus of being higher in protein and lower in sugar, it’s a guilt-free indulgence you can enjoy any time of year.
Whether you're baking for a weeknight treat, a summer backyard dinner, or a fall gathering with friends, this cheesecake is seasonless perfection.

Top your chilled cheesecake with a dollop of yogurt, a handful of berries, and a sprinkle of crunchy granola. Or, try this quick homemade strawberry compote:
-
Add frozen strawberries to a saucepan with a splash of water, a pinch of sugar, and a bit of cornstarch slurry. Simmer until syrupy and spoon over your slice.
Why It Works in a Cuisipro Springform Pan
Our springform pans are designed with dual-layer non-stick coating for easy release, carbon steel construction for even heat distribution, and a cool-touch silicone tab that makes unmolding effortless—no oven mitt acrobatics required.
