COVID-19 

At Cuisipro, our first priority is the health and safety of our employees, customers and partners. As the COVID-19 situation evolves we are monitoring advice from local and federal governments and coordinating our responses accordingly on a regular basis. We feel it is imperative that we all do what is required to protect our customers, business partners, employees and their families.  

We want you to know that although it may not be business as usual, we are still here and committed to creating strategies that ensure business continuity. We are making every effort to ensure that the current situation does not affect the quality of service you have come to expect from the Cuisipro team. Below you will find the strategies we have set in place to ensure everyone’s safety, while continuing to deliver a high level of service to all our customers.

Our distribution centers and warehouse  in both Canada and the US are operating. They will continue to follow government guidelines and in addition, prepare for potential labour shortages. If you have any questions or concerns regarding orders, please speak to our support team.

Over and above our usual safety practices, we have introduced elevated procedures and policies. These additional measures include:

Remote Working – the majority of our team will be working remotely until future notice; however, we expect no interruptions to our daily operations. All employees that are working remotely have access to emails and company systems.

Office Visits – we have closed our offices to nonessential visitors. We are encouraging meetings, where possible, to be done via phone or conference call until further notice. 

Travel Plans – all nonessential travel plans for our team members have been cancelled until further notice

Meetings – all members of our team have been instructed to cancel all nonessential in person meetings. We are available via email or phone to support our customers and partners.

Company Events – in order to promote social distancing, we have cancelled all company events until further notice.
